The database shows the residential real estate prices published on popular flat classifieds websites. All data sets are of identical structure (see. description below) and contain unique addresses only. Should any address has more than 1 ad, a corresponding note is made in the OffersCount field (number of ads for this address). The fields MinPricePerSqMeter, AvgPricePerSqMeter and MaxPricePerSqMeter contain respectively minimum, average and maximum prices per 1 sq. m. of the total area of a specified address (all three values are identical if there is only one ad for this address). Each address (house) has a point geotagging (fields Lat and Lon).

The database contains information on real estate prices in 121 Russian cities.

The database may be useful when analyzing residential real estate prices and in geomarketing studies modeling.
